2011 Rates & Policies for Bear and Deer Cabins

  $150 per night per cabin for 2 people + $45 cleaning fee (free cleaning with 3 night stay)

$175 per night per cabin for 4 people + $45 cleaning fee (free cleaning with 3 night stay)

$200 per night per cabin for 6 people + $50 cleaning fee (free cleaning with 3 night stay)

Limit 6 people per cabin

Weekly Special - 7th Night Free & no cleaning fee

2 night minimum stay required.
 We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval
$25.00 pet fee per dog
You must be over 21 years of age to rent a cabin

Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit
Completed & signed rental agreement due at check-in
Applicable state & local lodging tax (14.75%) is applied to the quoted rates
Free coffee, tea & firewood is provided.

Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations made 30 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable unless we can rent the cabin during your canceled dates.  If we rent the cabin we will issue a refund for your deposit . We will issue a partial refund if we rent the cabin for a portion of your canceled reservation.  We appreciate your understanding.  We are a family-owned and managed business and are unable to absorb the cost of cancellations.
