Cabin Rates
NIGHTLY RATES .. $125/night for one couple (two people)
$150/night two couples (four people)
$175/night for 3 couples (6 person maximum)
We are pet friendly & welcome you to bring your well-behaved pets!!
There is a one-time $45 Cleaning Fee. Rates are based on double occupancy (two people sharing one bedroom). We have a two-night minimum stay policy.
You must be 25 years old to rent a cabin. The person renting the Cabin must be present during the entire stay. The Cabin MAY NOT be used for events or social gatherings that include people not identified in your reservation, unless prior approval is obtained in writing from Catoosa Retreat personnel.
Minor Children:THE CABINS ARE NOT CHILDPROOF AND ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN.

- Spa Package/Girlfriends Relaxation Package - we schedule appointments for Massages, Manicure/Pedicures, & Japanese Facials in your cabin
- Romance Package - roses, chocolates & champagne await your arrival at the cabin
- Playhouse Package - tickets to theatre performance at the Cumberland County Playhouse
- Breakfast in Bed/Catered Meals Package - breakfast, lunch and/or dinner can be delivered to your cabin by a local catering service.

Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. However, we understand that unforeseen events may happen. If you must cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to re-rent the Cabin and return your deposit. There is no refund of rent for late arrivals or early departures.
